Hi folks, A security release have been issued : 4.1.5 <https://github.com/spiral-project/ihatemoney/releases/tag/4.1.5> This release fixes a serious security issue (CVE-2020-15120) <https://github.com/spiral-project/ihatemoney/security/advisories/GHSA-67j9-…>. All users are encouraged to upgrade. Hello supporters of the IHateMoney project ! I have been working on an `I hate money` Single Page App <https://spiral-project.github.io/elm-ihatemoney/> and today I am ready to open it in beta. There are a couple of things that need to be done: * Display error messages <https://github.com/spiral-project/elm-ihatemoney/issues/9>: right now we can look at them in the network response of the developer tools but it would be better to display them to the end user. * Handle invitation links from the SPA : the API is not there yet <https://github.com/spiral-project/elm-ihatemoney/issues/13>. * Keep login state <https://github.com/spiral-project/elm-ihatemoney/issues/7> and add navigation routing through URLs <https://github.com/spiral-project/elm-ihatemoney/issues/12> Today the interface is usable and pretty much features complete with the web server version. If you use I hate money a lot, and especially on mobile, I wish you could take a look at the beta version and tell me if you find bugs <https://github.com/spiral-project/elm-ihatemoney/issues>. You can try the last up-to-date version here: https://spiral-project.github.io/elm-ihatemoney/ Once this version is totally ready, it won't be hard to make it a mobile app/PWA (by the way if people want to do it, I would be grateful to have contributions). Heya here, A quick email to let you know that I've just released a new version of ihatemoney, and a few other news. # ihatemoney.org The hosted version at ihatemoney.org was hosted by myself for a few years, and after a crash of my server, I contacted Always Data, and they proposed to host our server infrastructure. The migration has been made and I'm pretty happy with the result. Current admins there are Rémy and I (Alexis), but I'm looking for at least another person to help here. If you're following the project from some time and are willing to help, please step up! # WebApp client With all these changes, I would also like to point to a work that's been initiated by Rémy Hubscher (@natim on github) in order to have the UI available as a webapp. He developed a working prototype available at https://spiral-project.github.io/elm-ihatemoney/ and you should be able to use it to connect to your already existing projects. # Changelog Added Add CORS headers in the API (#407) Document database migrations (#390) Allow basic math operations in amount field (#413) Add bill.creation_date field (#327) Document PostgreSQL configuration (#415) Fixed Do not allow negative weights on users (#366) Fix docker image (#398) minor documentation changes Changed Update API project list (#405) See you for another update!
